Laura Stirling is a licensed real estate agent with more than ten years with Coldwell Banker Realty as a Top 100 Agent. She spent the last three years as a licensed assistant to two Top 100 agents managing all aspects of the business. With an attention to detail, Laura’s focus is on writing offers, listings, and special addenda, managing the timeline of a transaction to writing all copy for listing marketing materials and Bright MLS.

As a former merchandising manager for a national furniture retailer, Laura uses her skills to create the perfect vignette with the seller’s furniture to redesign the room. Maximizing space for optimal viewing online will draw the customer in, which is the goal. With a degree in interior design from George Washington Univeristy, Laura can also make suggestions to the seller on updates needed to increase the sales price.

When not working, Laura enjoys spending time with her family outside, boating, hiking, and playing golf. She also enjoys traveling and trying foods from around the world.
